I specialize in a type of hypnotherapy called QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. Its best known for doing past life regressions. My hypnosis treatments can help with a wide range of issues, however.
My job is to create a safe and healing place where we can quiet the noise and help you find true answers.

Sound and frequencies of sound are a very powerful healing tool. I incorporate specific sounds, chimes, crystal singing bowls, and frequencies in my treatments.
I find sounds to use for you that soothe the mind and body along with "raising your frequency". In other words, bringing your mind and body up to a happier, calmer, and healthier place.

As a vibration coach, its the same idea as raising your frequency. Low frequency, or a slow moving vibration in the body, creates stagnation, depression, and strife. Life's stresses, and the way we learn to cope on on our own can cause us to live in these low frequencies physically and mentally.
As part of my practice, I work with you, in your daily life, habits, and goals to help you create a plan for moving towards a more positive, higher vibrational life.
