Sound Bath Events

Come join us  for an expansive sensory event.  This is a very unique event  and class and you will not find it anywhere else. It is truly new and new to Portland . My name is Patricia and I am a metaphysical healer as well as past life regression hypnotherapist in QHHT. I will be bringing this event to Kiva Sanctuary and I also hold this event privately, depending on the date, and you can also contact me to book them for private events . I promise, it will be a very unusual and interesting experience. We will be immersing all of our senses,  while learning to quiet our mind, in a bath of sound frequencies that are extremely pleasing and relaxing in to the mind and body .  This is a combined class on learning quiet, the inner chatter and stimulate the senses with directional intention, which will enable us to tap into deep inner knowing and spiritual guidance within our self. We will touch upon different metaphysical reasons for breath, hydration, heart space intention, and gratitude . We will also journey with an immersive Hypnotherapy experience into the future in the past, and learn about our guidance system that is always with us.  If you’ve been wanting to expand your ability to relax and find peace, and expand your intuition, this will be a wonderful class and relaxing event to enjoy.
